Blockchain Implementation in real estate record keeping by Department of Stamp and Registry and Board of Revenue through automated digital payments of stamp duties can greatly enhance the land registration process within the great state of Goa. I have the basic system architecture ready to be built and would like to coordinate with the Government of Goa regarding them same.
