मान्यनीय महोदय जी, कुछ विभाग ऐसे है जो कि सरकारों का भविष्य तय करती है।
उन विभागों का आमजनमानस के जीवनचक्र से बहुत ही सरोकार रहता है। उनके कार्यों से जनता सरकार के प्रति खुश और नाराज होती है।
उन विभागों द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की कार्यों में देरी, भ्रष्टाचार जैसे कार्यों के कारण आम जन मानस की रे सरकार को लेकर बदल जाती है।

Dated: 25th Jan 2021: I sent 12 emails about a problem I have regarding a house I own in Goa with any reply or even an acknowledgement. (I am an OCI card holder of Goan origin.)

I even sent to Public Grievances Department but no reply from them either.
If you really want to improve your e-services the Grievance Department should have sufficient power to get the other Government Departments to act and respond, possibly by having recourse to the Chief Minister so that they can actually get responses and action.

5] Design a form to accept complaint regarding leaking PWD pipelines from residents . Asking because nobody will spend time to visit dept & give a written complaint.

Also encourage public via press conf to report street light that are ON during daytime (save energy)
