I sent 12 emails about a problem I have regarding a house I own in Goa with any reply or even an acknowledgement. (I am an OCI card holder of Goan origin.)
I even sent to Public Grievances Department but no reply from them either.
If you really want to improve your e-services the Grievance Department should have sufficient power to get the other Government Departments to act and respond, possibly by having recourse to the Chief Minister so that they can actually get responses and action.
