The youth plays a significant role in designing the future of a family, community, society, town, city and country. Today’s youth are the biggest stakeholders of the future and will in turn shape the future of our community, city and state. Hence, it’s also important to know what we can do for the youth and see if we can together give youth more future options other than just jobs.
Their innovative thinking makes them a potent force which is capable of ushering in social changes, economic growth & visionary planning for the development of our State. Their enthusiasm, abilities, technology awareness and adaptation can play a positive role. This can be harnessed to overcome existing problems by asking to innovate and bring new solutions, products and services. This will transform Goa into a better place.
When we acknowledge the potential of our youth to innovate, we can extend our support by providing them with the right infrastructure, motivation, mentorship & support to pursue their dreams. When they pursue their dreams, they can create wealth. This wealth will be created not just for them but also for the community, city and build a future.
We support the making of a promising future. In this context, giving youth more options than just “jobs” plays a crucial role in helping them step beyond limitations & bring their ideas to the forefront.

Young people are concerned about the appropriation of community development. many young people are engaged in specific issues in community development only because of the beneficence of adults who are well-meaning but poorly informed. Driven by the limited funding and the specific interests of adult-driven forces, youth are forced to concentrate on adult interests who inadvertently act as the puppets of organizations and agendas that are formed without their interests in mind.
