People, especially senior citizens, must be educationed about cyber scams such as sms and whatsapp messages regarding lotteries or fake bank transfers.
Students must be thought mobile and PC ettiquets regarding sexual predators and sharing personal information and pictures.
Cyber cell of Police must be set up in Margao and Quepem for South Goa and Mapusa / Valpoi for north Goa
