साइबर क्राइम पर कौन सी धारा लगती है?
कैसे कठघरे में लाए जा सकते हैं साइबर अपराधी? साइबर क्राइम से जुड़े ज्यादातर मामले IT एक्ट 2000 के तहत चलते हैं। अपराधियों के खिलाफ धारा 43, 65, 66 और 67 के तहत केस चलते हैं। IPC की धारा 420, 120बी और 406 के तहत भी केस चल सकता है।
