A Common Platform such as Goa Online Portal should be Deployed with self Service Kiosks like ATM having connectivity for payments, applications, status tracking etc..this will encourage more people to use digital services provided by government. If the citizen services are integrated with proper hardware and connectivity having capability of payments using debit cards, wallets it would help many people with or without knowledge of computers.
