Your opinion/idea on creating an IoT based Citizen Service Delivery App design for Government departments.

A common platform needs to be created for seeking information under the Right to Information Act from various departments of the state government, having connectivity for payments, application status tracking etc such initiative if implemented by the Government of Goa would prove to be one step ahead in bringing about transparency in the state administration.

A Common Platform such as Goa Online Portal should be Deployed with self Service Kiosks like ATM having connectivity for payments, applications, status tracking etc..this will encourage more people to use digital services provided by government. If the citizen services are integrated with proper hardware and connectivity having capability of payments using debit cards, wallets it would help many people with or without knowledge of computers.

Dear Sir, Goa is one of the best tourist destination in Asia and many tourists from around the world visiting daily. My one suggestion Govt should take some initiative to built a World class healthcare facility (JCI accredited)to attract Medical Tourism. This facility can do specilised surgeries like Cardiac, Neurological and Knee and Hip surgeries with Rehabilitation facilities along with Traditional Ayurveda therapies.
